To Whom it May Concern: There is no such thing as “time wasted”

Early last week I was lying down and out the blue the scripture “redeeming the time” (Ephesians 5:16 KJV) hit me. Then the Lord dropped this on me:

 “In the Lord there is no such thing as “time wasted”. Stay committed to the Lord until the end. He has a way of redeeming whatever time you thought you lost.”

Redeem means “Compensate for the faults or bad aspects of (something)”

Its just like Job, he received a double blessing for enduring his trials. God overly compensated (blessed) him in such a way that out-shined what he went through.

 In your situation, no matter what happens, God will overly compensate you for enduring and remaining faithful. Remember there is no such thing as “time wasted” because “we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.” Romans 8:28 NLT
